OD SIG: Improving Team Dynamics with Emergenetics

September 24, 2019 • 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM
UOP Sacramento Campus - Grand Salon
3200 Fifth Avenue - Sacramento
Dinner Included

Join ATD Sacramento's OD SIG for an evening of professional development, collaboration, and activities focused on Emergenetics. What is Emergenetics, you may ask? It is a brain-based approach to team building that combines how we think (our internal experience) and how we behave (how others experience us), which provides insight into ourselves and others in a way that focuses on strengths, collaboration, and real-world results. Even with the focus on solid science and statistical backing, this tool is very easy to understand and use.

In this session, we’ll share how teams are using this tool to improve…

  • Working relationships
  • Shared work processes
  • Customer experience

Join us as we dive into real applications of this approach with case studies by SMUD and Wyndham.

  • 5:30pm-6:00pm - Dinner and networking
  • 6:00pm-7:30pm - Presentation
  • 7:30pm-8:00pm - Wrap-up and networking
