Learn the ins and outs of ROI metrics and management with Tim Brock of the ROI Institute.
Tim will present an overview of ROI methodology, offering strategies to help participants develop objectives, collect data, isolate the effects of learning programs or sessions, and convert those effects to monetary gains. Understand and learn to apply six types of collected data to help take the mystery out of using ROI. Participants will receive a workbook, application guide, and trifold they will use during the workshop and can use back on the job.

About the Speaker
Dr. Tim Brock is the Director of Consulting Services for ROI Institute, the leading source of ROI competency building, implementation support, networking, and research. As ROI Institute’s Director of Consulting Services, Tim guides organizations in implementing the ROI Methodology in over 60 countries and at more than 5,000 organizations. He facilitates ROI Institute workshops, and is invited to speak at international conferences, most recently at China. He also teaches four ATD classroom and online certificate workshops.
Tim also serves on the faculty of the United Nations System Staff College at Turin, Italy, where he teaches project managers around the globe how to integrate the ROI Methodology into their Results-Based Management strategies. He is also a faculty member at Capella University at Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he teaches a graduate course on the ROI Methodology and mentors doctorate students to apply the ROI Methodology as part of their terminal degree final research project. He retired from the Air Force as a field grade officer and retired from Lockheed Martin where he was the manager of their Science of Learning and Performance Improvement team.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than five (5) calendar days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made three (3) to five (5) calendar days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than three (3) calendar days prior to the event and no-shows will not be refunded or credited. Any unpaid balance due will remain according to the above guidelines. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
