Michael A. Fors, Ph.D., is an Executive Leader in Boeing’s Leadership, Learning & Organizational Capability (LLOC) Team, driving the transformation toward a 2025 vision. Before Boeing, he was Executive Leader of Learning at Microsoft, transforming Microsoft’s sales, consulting services, and other divisions to achieve Microsoft’s Digital Transformation. Mike also led a P&L as a Microsoft Global Consulting Practice Leader and business strategy teams in Microsoft product and engineering groups. Before Microsoft, Mike was an Executive of Intel University, where he led leadership and management and employee development.
Mike is an adjunct professor at Stanford University and the University of Washington, where he teaches on innovation and entrepreneurism. As a Senior UN Fellow for 20 years, Mike leads United Nations strategy and leadership development programs, and post-conflict strategy and leadership reconstruction programs in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, and South Sudan. He has started the Fors Leadership Academy. Mike has a Ph.D. that focused on Education, Leadership, and Business.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than five (5) calendar days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made three (3) to five (5) calendar days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than three (3) calendar days prior to the event and no-shows will not be refunded or credited. Any unpaid balance due will remain according to the above guidelines.
