Lee Allen Scott - CEO, Unleashing Leaders, Inc.For nearly two decades, Lee has served as a trusted leadership practitioner, coach and educator. As a practitioner, Lee has led dozens of transformation projects to deliver customer focused, innovative solutions across rapidly changing markets in the public and private sector. He’s worked in a myriad of roles including Ambulance EMT, Legislative Analyst, Court Mediator, IT Engineer, Project/Program/Portfolio Manager, Corporate Strategic Planner, Financial Advisor, etc. He has managed high profile divisions for large multi-national corporations, volunteered as a Board Member for 2 non-profits, and led 10 entrepreneurial ventures as CEO/COO/CFO.
As an educator, he has personally coached, consulted, and trained over 24,000 professionals to unleash their leadership talent through greater clarity, alignment and engagement. As a strategist, Lee has facilitated the creation and implementation of hundreds of strategic and operational business plans across a dozen industries: health, technology, finance, education, energy, transportation, and government. As CEO of Unleashing Leaders, his team of over 20 consultants provides Strategic Planning, Organizational Change, Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement, Agile Project Management, and Leadership training and coaching.
He is a dedicated husband and proud father who enjoys learning from his family and friends every day. He is a member of PMI, IIBA, and America Mensa.
Payment Policy: All payments must be received in full prior to attending an event or workshop. Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than five (5) calendar days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made three (3) to five (5) calendar days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than three (3) calendar days prior to the event and no-shows will not be refunded or credited. Any unpaid balance due will remain according to the above guidelines. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
