Strategies and Best Practices

Panel Discussion

It is reported that up to 70% of change initiatives fail. Yet, the management of change is a critical leadership challenge and one where CEOs are looking for help from organization development, workplace learning, and human resource functions. In this moderated panel discussion, three change leadership professionals will share their experiences, best practices, and current challenges in implementing organizational change. There will be interactive discussion and Q&A opportunities built into the program. Experienced change leaders, as well as those new to the field are sure to find new tips, tools, and ideas to add to their change toolkit.

Participants will also take part in a graphic facilitation process and will be provided with a creative, visual takeaway that captures program highlights.
