As talent development professionals, we understand that much learning takes place outside of the classroom. However, are we providing opportunities for our audience to continue the learning process beyond the classroom? Do you know how to use social media and technology to improve collaboration among learners? Have you incorporated social learning into your overall training strategy? Attend ATD Sacramento’s May 2016 session with our Director of Marketing and resident social media fanatic, Todd Greider, to:
• Learn the three things you need to get started with social learning technology • Identify and discover ways to overcome common barriers for leveraging social learning technology • Experience social learning tools in action
This facilitated session will equip you with strategies for overcoming obstacles around using social media and other technology tools for social learning, help you find the right audience for social learning, and assist you in locating the right tools for the job. You’ll leave with tips and techniques to get your learners collaborating both inside and outside of the classroom.
