Most managers struggle with identifying the true source behind employee performance gaps. As a coach or trainer, you will often be called in to support managers who are dealing with poor performance on their teams. And let’s face it, in many cases, they want YOU to fix the problem…right?

Join us to learn about a simple way to think about performance, so that you can diagnose where the issues are, and come up with potential solutions to help your organization get improved results.

As coaches or trainers, our ability to impact the cause of performance gaps is an essential skill. In this session, we will examine the two primary influences on employee performance that directly affect why they do or don’t get results, and what we can do to help them improve in each area.

Coaching Algebra is a formula that helps coaches and trainers evaluate and support both managers and employees to improved performance. By learning and then implementing this methodology you, as coach, will be able to quickly identify performance gaps and diagnose their nexus. As a result, you will provide exceptional coaching and development support to your management team.
