We have all heard the old adage “The World Is Flat.” Indeed, the world is flat such that diversity – however it is defined – is increasing both locally and globally. Given this, the ability for organizations and their leaders and employees to be culturally savvy is of utmost importance. Culturally intelligent individuals work well with others and understand differences and unique situations better. They can facilitate connections and knowledge sharing, help build bridges and close deals, and access valuable resources. Indeed, being culturally aware and able to conscientiously navigate today’s diverse workforce is a “must” rather than a “nice to have” trait.

This training will provide:

  • Better understanding of the concepts of culture and cultural intelligence and the importance of effectively managing diversity

  • Frameworks for conducting cultural analysis

  • Practical tips for managing diversity at work
