In this interactive session, we’ll discuss why icebreakers are important to training and best practices for integrating them into your classes. Several icebreakers will be exhibited and attendees will have a chance to share their tried-and-true icebreakers at their table groups.

As an added bonus, attendees who submit their favorite icebreaker in writing to Allison at the beginning of the session will receive an extra raffle ticket. All icebreakers submitted, as well as those presented in class, will be compiled into a summary handout that will be emailed to attendees after class.

Allison is an independent training consultant and attorney. She conducts training on a variety of business topics, with a focus on business writing and grammar, critical thinking, and presentation skills.

Allison has a BA in Communications from UC San Diego and attended law school at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon.
